SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. If a product is marked Pre-Order or a size or colour is being restocked, we will tell you the expected dispatch date and ship it as soon as it is available.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 10 days. We work with leading courier partners and choose the most efficient one for your PIN code or country. You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships, and you can also track it on our order tracking page.

Shipping charges within India
Orders of ₹3,000 and above: free shipping.
Orders below ₹3,000: ₹45.
Cash on delivery is available for a fee of ₹150.

International shipping
We ship worldwide by express courier.
Orders up to ₹5,000: ₹2,000.
Orders above ₹5,000: ₹4,000 (₹2,500 for the United States).
Customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are payable by the recipient. Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders (see our Refund Policy).

Missing or incomplete orders
If any item is missing from your package, email us at operations@theveshticompany.com and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
