Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Orders delivered in India
You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. We need your order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, raise a request through our Returns Center or email us at operations@theveshticompany.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Cancellations before dispatch
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 97903 97903 or by email at operations@theveshticompany.com. There is no cancellation fee, and the full amount paid is refunded to your original payment method.

International orders
Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside India, and international orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, contact us within 15 days of delivery and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Partial refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for: any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds for online payments are made to the original payment method and can take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account once processed. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders can take up to 5 days from delivery of the returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at operations@theveshticompany.com.

Return shipping and charges
Returned items must be sent to our registered office: THEVESHTICOMPANY LLP, New No. 16/6, Old No. 22/6, Ashoka Avenue, Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600024, India. Requests raised through our Returns Center include the return instructions.
Exchanges: no extra shipping charge is applied.
Refunds: the shipping fee and cash-on-delivery fee paid on the order are not refunded; the product amount is refunded in full.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000 yourself, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
